My story as a Doula started after the home birth of my daughter. It was the most incredible experience of my life, but it was HARD.
The birth itself was physically hard, of course, but the real labour was the mental stress of trying to get all the right information and to be ‘allowed’ to have the nice, ‘normal birth’ I wanted - the birth that felt right for me.
I wasn’t asking to give birth up a tree, or even to freebirth. I just wanted to give birth to my baby in my own home with the support of NHS midwives. To me, this felt totally natural, but BOY, did I have to fight with everything I had to get it.
It left me thinking, “Pregnant people don’t stand a chance!” - unless they have proper 1:1 support from a Doula like me, who knows the system and isn’t afraid to advocate for them.
So, here I am, I’ve trained as a Full Spectrum Doula with ‘The Original Birth Connection’ I am also a trained Hypnobirthing teacher with ‘KG Hypnobirthing’ and I promise to provide fierce advocacy, real-talk birth information and nurturing Doula care through every stage of your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
I believe wholeheartedly in the power of informed choice and will give everything in my toolkit to help you get the birth you want for you and your baby. Because birth isn’t just about breathing - it’s the path to getting there that’s often the most complicated. But it doesn’t have to be.
Based in Milton Keynes and supporting families across Bucks, Beds, Northants, Oxfordshire, North London, Cambridge, Hertfordshire and Leicestershire.

Pregnancy Package
This antenatal package provides support, education and care throughout the wild ride of pregnancy.
Including: Birth plans, education on birth physiology, support navigating NHS scans and appointments, birth partner prep and more.
This consists of 4 × 2 hour sessions that can be at your home or via zoom.
Price: £300
Birth Doula Package
I offer 1-2-1 birth doula support through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. We’ll create a package together that suits your wants and needs in the best way, and places you at the center of this life-changing experience!
Including but not limited to:
Antenatal education and support, including birth planning with in person meetings and whatsapp support during working hours.
An on-call period before your due date up until your baby is born.
In person support for the duration of labour and birth.
Postnatal sessions to support once your baby is here, this could include infant feeding, recovery or just a listening ear!
As every birth and person is unique pricing varies, but starts at £1950.
Payment plans are available to help spread the cost.
Postnatal Package
Having a newborn is amazing, but it’s a big job and you might need looking after too!
This package will be tailored to your needs but can include infant feeding guidance, general light household tasks, birth recovery, help accessing local support, and more.
This is charged at an hourly rate of £40ph with a 3 hour minimum.
